Martcom can accept orders with delivery in the territory of the Italian state and the European Union.
Shipping costs are chargeable to the customer and are explicitly highlighted during the order confirmation. Shipping costs are also shown in point 1 of the present document, “Delivery by courier”.
The products travel in packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in suitable closed cardboard boxes, with possibly metal staples, adhesive tapes and bubble wrap.
Martcom makes deliveries based on the Customer’s choice through the online Website’s form, chosen at the moment of purchase:

Collection at the Martcom warehouse.
Delivery by courier
In the case of shipping by courier, Martcom relies on BRT S.p.A. – Express Courier, a leading company in the shipping and logistics sector..
The related costs are calculated considering the weight of the products, as well as the location of the delivery address. The fare list is shown below.

Generally the delivery of the purchased Products is carried out within 2-4 working days, 5-6 working days for locations difficult to reach and / or islands. If no delivery date is specified, the delivery will be carried out within the estimated deadline displayed the shipping confirmation e-mail and, in any case, within the maximum term of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
Delivery hours are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure, or due to traffic conditions and roads in general, or by an act of the Authority. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place at the following hours: from 9.00 to 18.00, on all working days, from Monday to Friday.
No liability/responsibility can be attributed to Martcom in the event of delay in processing the order or in delivering the products.
Upon delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered;
that no other closure materials except the ones mentioned above have been used.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, indicationg with the words “collection with reserve”, describing the anomaly on the transportation sheet.
In the specific case of damaged package, the wording “collection with reserve for damaged package” is required.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Even if the packaging is intact, the products must be checked within 5 days from the receipt. Any hidden damages or anomalies must be promptly reported by e-mail at: store@martcom.eu.
Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Insurance policy coverage
The purchased products can be insured at the customer’s will at the moment of purchase.
The value to be insured must be a minimum of € 4.00 and the relative cost is 0,35% of its value.
The mentioned insurance coverage provides a maximum refundable limit of € 100,000.00.

Order tracking
Each order has a unique tracking code assigned, generated by BRT S.p.A. and displayed in the shipping confirmation e-mail. To track your package, please use the provided tracking code, inserting it directly on the BRT S.p.A. website. Please note that the tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from the receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Delivery problems
If any problem arises with the shipment, please call the customer service of the branch of competence of BRT S.p.A. By explaining the situation and indicating the provided shipment tracking code, the BRT operator will surely find an appropriate solution.
Pick up point at Martcom headquarter
In case of choice: “Pick up from Martcom’s operational headquarter” during the purchase, the Customer receives an e-mail from Martcom in which it communicates date and time when it will be possible to proceed with the collection of the purchased Products. The operational headquarter, where the Products will be available for the aforementioned collection, is located in Via d’Aragona n. 10 – 20132 Milan.
