Martcom can accept orders with delivery within the territory of the Italian state and the European Union.
Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order and also in point 1 of this “Shipping and Delivery”. The goods travel with packaging made directly from the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes properly closed, with any metal staples, adhesive tapes and bubble wrap.
Martcom delivers according to the Customer’s choice through the Site’s online form at the time of purchase:
Delivery by courier,
Pickup at Martcom’s operational headquarters.
1. Delivery by courier – Europe
In the case of courier shipping, Martcom partners with BRT or TNT, FedEx, DPD, and DHL. Martcom offers free shipping for orders above a certain value and/or for specific commercial events; however, this mode is not applicable for all countries, as it is linked to commercial agreements with couriers. The shipping amount will be automatically calculated during the order: if free shipping is compatible with the destination country of your order and meets the criteria in your shopping cart, you can take advantage of this mode.
1.1 Costs and free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and address and can be seen on the checkout page. With the exception of countries that are part of 1.3.
Free shipping is generally valid for European countries if the cart meets the right criteria, in case of special products (1.2) extra costs will have to be paid. Greece, Turkey and UK incur a fixed shipping cost and cannot have free shipping under any circumstances. Rest of the World (1.4) must contact us for a shipping quote and cannot have free shipping under any circumstances.
1.2 Special products with extra costs
Products that exceed 110 cm, heavy and/or bulky packages and backgrounds are called special products, incur extra costs and are not eligible for free shipping. The extra shipping costs you can find are for heavy backgrounds, 1.35m and 2.72m+ backgrounds, bulky products (i.e. taking up a lot of space while being light) and heavy products. The extra costs for special products shown above are added to the final amount in spite of the country.
1.3 Tempi di spedizione
Generally, delivery of purchased products is made within 2-4 business days. This time is purely indicative and is bound to the efficiency of couriers. Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as traffic or road conditions. The table below shows the average delivery time by shipment type:

The times indicated are from the actual taking over by the courier. Delivery times are purely indicative, they may be subject to change due to force majeure, negligence of couriers or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, of all working days, Monday through Friday.
1.4 Rest of the World and Iceland
Customers purchasing from Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine are required to contact Martcom for shipping quotation. Under no circumstances will free shipping be available. The shipping cost will be calculated directly by us and must be paid separately. In case of second thoughts, you may cancel the order.
1.5 Reception of goods
No liability can be attributed to Martcom in case of delay in the processing of the order or delivery of the goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered;
that no sealing materials other than those indicated above have been used.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, putting the words “withdrawal with reserve”, detailing the anomaly found, on the appropriate accompanying document.
In the specific case of a damaged package, the words “withdrawal with reserve for damaged package” are essential.
Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 24/48 hours of receipt. Any hidden damages or anomalies must be reported promptly in writing by e-mail to: [email protected].
Any report beyond the above deadlines will not be considered. For each statement, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
1.6 Insurance coverage
All orders include insurance coverage that is uniquely specified during checkout. The insurance is valid for orders with a value up to 8,000€. In the case of orders with a higher value it is recommended to contact us to extend it or to split the order into several parts so as to fall under the standard coverage.

1.7 Order Tracking
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the courier, which can be seen in the shipment confirmation email. To track your package, please use the tracking code provided by entering it directly in the restricted area on the courier’s website. Keep in mind that the tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
1.8 Delivery issues
In case any problems with the shipment arise, please call the customer service of the relevant courier company. By explaining the situation and indicating the tracking code of the shipment, the operator will know how to find an appropriate solution.
2. Pickup at Martcom operational headquarters
In the case of the choice: “pickup at Martcom’s operational headquarters” at the time of purchase, the Customer will receive an e-mail from Martcom informing the date and time of when it will be possible to proceed with the pickup of the purchased Products. The operational headquarters, where the Products will be available for the above-mentioned pickup, is located at Via Mestre n. 19 – 20132 Milan.
