Credit card

The amount is charged to the Customer's credit card when the ordered goods are actually processed. The credit cards accepted are those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express circuits.

Bank transfer

Ordered merchandise is shipped only upon actual credit to Martcom's checking account. You may call and advance the bill to expedite order processing.

PayPal

Once the order is completed, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount related to the order is debited from the PayPal account when the order is taken.

Apple Pay

Available only on mobile devices.
The transfer of the amount follows the timing of the payment medium chosen by the customer.

Order cancellation is possible as long as the order is not yet in stock preparation.
The status of the order is clearly visible in the “Orders” area and can no longer be cancelled if “Order in processing” appears.
