the Owner does not transfer personal data to third countries; however, it reserves the right to use cloud services and in this case the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 GDPR 679/16.
The Data Processing for the provided purposes takes place with both automated methods, digital media, IT and telematic means and through archives and paper media, but always with the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality.
The Owner, in fact, applies all the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the right level of security in order to protect personal data from destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or accidental or unauthorized access. The Owner also processes personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated or for the period imposed by the current civil and fiscal provisions.
RIGHTS OF THE USER
Pursuant to article 7 of D. Lgs. 196/03 and according to articles 15 right of access, 16 right of rectification, 17 right to cancellation, 18 right to limitation of treatment, 20 right to portability, 21 right to opposition and 22 right to object to the automated decision-making process of the GDPR 679/16, the interested party can exercise his rights by writing to the Owner at the provided address or by e-mail at address email@example.com.
With reference to art.23 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and to art.6 of GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke the consent given at any time.
RIGHT OF LODGE A COMPLAINT
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory Authority of the state of residence.
The provision of data is mandatory based on legal obligations, regulations, and influencing the possibility of correctly and effectively fulfilling the contractual obligations assumed; therefore any refusal to provide will make it impossible to fulfill the contractual obligations assumed, to send advertising material, to carry out market research and to carry out promotional activities.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING PROCESSES
The Owner does not carry out treatments that consist of automated decision-making processes on the data processed.
