In the case of shipping by courier, Martcom relies on BRT S.p.A. – Express Courier, a leading company in the shipping and logistics sector. Shipping costs are chargeable to the customer and are explicitly highlighted during the order confirmation.

Generally the delivery of the purchased Products is carried out within 1-2 working days. For locations difficult to reach and / or islands the delivery may take a few more days. Please note: the delivery times are purely indicative and are dependent on the efficiency of the couriers. Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as traffic or road conditions. Martcom accepts no liability for delays in delivery attributable to the courier, third parties or force majeure.

The products travel in packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in suitable closed cardboard boxes, with possibly metal staples, adhesive tapes and bubble wrap.
