The BenQ VS20 InstaShow Wireless Presentation System is an advanced wireless presentation system designed to facilitate collaboration in corporate environments and medium to large conference rooms. This device enables instant content sharing from personal devices without the need to install applications or access specific networks. One of the distinguishing features of the VS20 is its compatibility with a wide range of devices, including laptops, smartphones and tablets running Windows, macOS, iOS and Chrome OS operating systems. This allows multiple presenters to share content simultaneously, thanks to the 4-way split screen function. The system supports resolutions up to DCI 4K at 60 Hz, ensuring sharp and detailed video transmission. Advanced transmission technology ensures a stable, high-speed connection, minimising delays and enhancing the visual experience. In terms of audio, the VS20 has omnidirectional microphones built into the InstaShow button, providing optimal audio quality from up to 5 metres away. These microphones are designed to clearly pick up participants’ voices, enhancing the quality of hybrid meetings. In terms of security, the system uses advanced WPA2 encryption and 128-bit AES authentication, ensuring the protection of transmitted data. In addition, the built-in router-level chipset ensures efficient connection management and additional protection against unauthorised access. The BenQ VS20 InstaShow provides a complete wireless presentation solution, combining ease of use, high quality video and audio, and robust security standards, making it ideal for professional environments that require efficient and reliable communications.
