Irix Cine 21mm T1.5 with Sony E-mount – lens with metric scale in meters was designed according to the standards of the professional film industry, being the result of combining traditional solutions with state-of-the-art technology. All Irix cine lenses are made to unified standards. Similar weights, 86mm front filter threads on most lenses, and the same position of the focus and aperture rings. Unique magnetic mounting system allows easy use of Irix Edge MMS filters on 15mm, 30mm, 45mm and 150mm lenses.

An excellent example of using this type of lens are recordings on the gimbal in the midst of people who are dancing, as well as it can be used in action scene realizations that require very close-up shots. The T1.5 aperture allows for almost unlimited framing in all light conditions, without too high an ISO. In addition, thanks to the protection system, the lens is weatherproof. Irix 21mm is the Irix widest lens that perfectly complements the Cine lens line with T1.5 aperture, allowing the entire set to be shot in a stable manner, even at wide apertures. Such a lens makes it easy to achieve gorgeous bokeh with the same colors, contrast and brightness as the Irix Cine 30mm and 45mm lenses.
