This sensor, together with the BIONZ X processor, ensures precise detail rendition and a wide dynamic range. Images are sharp even in low light, with effective noise reduction thanks to the high ISO sensitivity. The camera supports 5-axis stabilisation technology, further improving image quality even at long focal lengths or in motion situations.

Wide range of formats

The Sony camera supports a wide range of formats for both stills and video. For still images, it offers JPEG and RAW formats, allowing high quality detail and flexibility during post-production. For video, it supports 4K UHD (3840×2160) recording with 4:2:0 8-bit colour sampling on SD card and 4:2:2 8-bit HDMI output. In addition, Full HD formats are available with variable frame rates up to 120 fps for smooth slow-motion.

Battery with excellent autonomy

The Sony camera is equipped with an NP-FZ100 battery that provides excellent battery life for extended photo sessions or video shooting. In shooting mode, the battery can last up to 650 shots per charge using the electronic viewfinder or up to 760 shots using the LCD display. As for video recording, it can last up to approximately 210 minutes of continuous recording.
