OM System OM-1 Mark II digital camera with 20.4MP sensor – black body features high speed and computing capabilities as well as extremely ergonomic tactile usability, with improvements throughout the camera. The OM-1 Mark II is a truly wonderful tool for outdoor photography that can work anywhere. With Pro Capture mode, when you press the shutter release button halfway down, it begins buffering a series of photos at 120 fps. When you see the desired moment, you press the shutter button all the way down and the camera saves that moment and the stored shots. With the increased memory in the camera, we more than doubled the buffer size from 92 to an impressive 213 photos at 120 fps in RAW format. In addition to the existing 25-120 fps, we added 12.5 fps and 16 fps for a better experience when shooting static subjects.
Improved AI Subject Detection serves not only to maintain focus more accurately and reliably, but also to detect humans. Improved AI Subject Detection enables the camera to selectively focus on a single subject, providing accuracy in crowded scenes. The OM-1 Mark II greatly improves autofocus accuracy, especially for nature and outdoor adventure photography. This results in an autofocus system that reliably locks onto subjects even in the most challenging photographic scenarios. One of the main strengths of the OM-1 Mark II is its computational photography functions. With the introduction of the LiveGND filter-a graduated ND filter inside the camera-you can ditch the expensive and inconvenient external filters and rely on the camera. In addition, we have significantly improved the LiveND and High Res Shot functions. The OM-1 Mark II is compact enough to be taken anywhere.

The graded LiveGND filter offers greater creative freedom to place the graduation exactly as you wish. The OM-1 Mark II’s Live Composite mode takes a series of continuous frames with the same exposure time, then combines them into a single shot, facilitating star trail photography and light paining without fear of overexposure. Focus Stacking gives images a whole new dimension by extending the depth of field from the foreground to the background.
With the OM-1 Mark II, it is possible to fit a complete camera kit in a standard bag that can be carried as carry-on luggage. With the BLX-1 high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery, you can shoot for hours: up to 500 photos on a single charge. IP53 certification for weather resistance makes the OM-1 Mark II able to withstand snow, dust and rain. The tactile feel of the camera body has also been improved with the introduction of new rubberized dials for better grip and sensitivity. The camera is equipped with a filter on the sensor to ward off dust and dirt with 30,000 vibrations per second every time the device is turned on.
