Libec LX-ePed PRO 100mm electric pedestal system with DL-8RB was developed to meet the growing demand of PTZ cameras’ diverse usage. With a larger payload capacity, reduced sound movements, and a high rigidity, this electric pedestal can be used in extreme shoot conditions. With a payload of 30 kg / 66.1 lbs., this heavy-duty electric pedestal can support configurations such as a PTZ camera with a prompter, a combination of five PTZ cameras, or the “REMO30” remote head combined with a handheld camera. This quiet electric pedestal would also be a great fit for music concerts and other shoot sites with a low sound tolerance. With the optional “MPC-1” multi-protocol converter, the LX-ePed PRO can be connected and operated by PTZ controllers and the original application, LX-ePed PC APP, offering a variety of optional settings.
The included “AP-X” smart quick release adapter enables you to attach/detach your camera much safer, easier and faster. To prevent the attached PTZ camera from dropping, the adapter is equipped with a hole to secure a safety wire for PTZ cameras. By using the optional “MPC-1” multi-protocol converter, the new LX-ePed PRO can be operated by PTZ controllers and the original PC application, LX-ePed PC APP, that enables precise adjustments. This unique feature definitely increases the electric pedestal’s accessibility making the “MPC-1″ a first of its kind.
Since the LX-ePed PRO’s payload is three times greater than the LX-ePed 2, this heavy-duty electric pedestal can support configurations such as a PTZ camera with a prompter, a combination of five PTZ cameras, or the “REMO30” remote head combined with a handheld camera. The heavy-duty “T103RB” base aluminum tripod with the maximum diameter of 24 mm / 0.9” and the heavy-duty “DL-8RB” dolly makes the LX-ePed PRO significantly stable and rigid.
