For applications where image details are required, the recorder offers 4K resolution capability and can be used as edge storage, central storage or backup. NVR4108-P-4KS2-L is ideal for a wide range of applications in video surveillance of schools, financial institutions, transportation, city centers, and more. The NVR is compatible with numerous third-party devices, which is why it is the perfect solution for surveillance systems that operate independently of the video management system (VMS).

The device automatically filters out false alarms caused by animals, rustling, leaves, bright lights. It enables the system to perform secondary recognition of targets and improves the accuracy of alarms. Face detection is a technology that adopts a deep learning algorithm to support face tracking, optimization, and capture, and then produce the best snapshot of the face. With the deep learning algorithm, Dahua People Counting technology can track and process the moving targets of the human body to realize the accurate statistics on the number of entries and exits and the number of people in the area. The management platform, produces annual/monthly/weekly/daily reports to meet any requirement. With the advanced scene-adapted rate control algorithm, Dahua technology realizes encoding efficiency superior to that of H.265 and H.264, provides high-quality video and reduces storage and transmission costs. The DMSS app is available on the iOS App Store and Google Play.
