The Canon PTZ CR-N700 with 1″ 4K UHD CMOS sensor and Auto Tracking license is ideal for professional broadcasts, TV studios and live events. Compact and high-performance, the CR-N700W supports HDR video up to 4K60p 4:2:2 10-bit UHD, providing high quality and detailed images thanks to its 1″ sensor and DIGIC DV7 processor.
The camera offers Dual Pixel CMOS autofocus with EOS iTR AF X, 15x optical zoom and 30x advanced digital zoom in HD. Among its advanced features are deep learning-based autofocus, 12G-SDI connectivity and compatibility with various streaming and control protocols, making it very versatile in the professional field.
In addition, the CR-N700W features region-of-interest (ROI) cropping to highlight specific parts of the 4K image. The Auto Tracking app RA-AT001(Lite), included with the latest firmware, enables automatic tracking of a subject, while the paid version RA-AT001 offers more advanced features.

Canon PTZ cameras feature high image quality, thanks to the 1″ 4K CMOS sensors found on many models in the range. These sensors ensure sharp and detailed images even in changing lighting conditions. In addition, integration with Canon’s DIGIC DV6 image processors provides accurate colour reproduction, along with excellent performance in low-light environments. Support for output formats such as 4K UHD and Full HD enables a wide range of video production requirements.
Versatile connectivity and remote control
Canon’s CR-N PTZ cameras are compatible with major broadcast protocols such as NDI|HX, RTMP and RTSP, which facilitates integration with existing streaming infrastructures. This makes them suitable for live events, live broadcasts and remote monitoring. The cameras can be controlled via various methods, including Canon hardware controllers, dedicated software and even mobile devices, allowing users to operate the camera from anywhere with a network connection. In addition, PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) functionality reduces the number of cables needed for installation, simplifying infrastructure and management.

The Auto Tracking Full function of the Canon PTZ CR-N cameras offers an advanced auto tracking system that allows moving subjects to be tracked within the scene with extreme precision. This technology uses intelligent algorithms to keep the main subject always centred in the frame, regardless of its speed or direction of movement. With this feature, workflows become more efficient, especially when shooting live or in environments where the subject is constantly moving, ensuring professional video quality without interruption.
