Xvive U4 Digital Wireless In-Ear Monitor System offers performers and presenters an affordable and expandable hands-free solution that delivers 24-bit/48 kbps digital audio quality to their favorite in-ear monitors and headphones. The transmitter and receiver’s internal battery has a 5-hour battery life. The battery is easily recharged using the included USB cable and any standard 5V USB charger. Charging takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the current of the charger used. For recording musicians, whether in a home studio or a professional studio, using wireless makes the whole process much freer and easier, especially if you are playing or singing and editing at the same time! This is a simple, excellent-sounding, and affordable monitoring solution for studio recording, rehearsals, or live concerts. For rehearsals, this also means no need for PA speakers-a band can practice in an apartment or late at night.
The transmitter works with any mixer or other device that has a balanced XLR or unbalanced 1/4″ output jack. Simply connect the transmitter to transmit incoming audio at 2.4 GHz and set the bodypack receiver to the same channel and you’re done. The system offers a transmission range of 27.4 m in line-of-sight and a latency of 5 ms, low enough for music applications.
