The Tiffen Variable ND filter – 82mm is a unique, versatile and flexible tool that gives you the convenience of using several Neutral Density filters in one. Used primarily as a photographic tool for controlling depth of field and exposure, the Variable ND is also sought after in the video market because it is fast, easy to use, small, lightweight and requires no additional accessories. Tiffen’s Variable ND – 82mm filter works on the same principle as a Circular Polariser: rotate it until the desired effect is achieved and shoot. It gives you continuous control over the amount of light passing through the lens in an approximate stop range of 2 (ND 0.6) to 8 (ND 2.4), while maintaining image integrity. Made from high quality optical glass using Tiffen’s ColorCore® technology.
