Samyang 14mm F2.8 has a wide, ribbed manual focus ring and a built-in petal shaped lens hood to block any unnecessary light behind the camera. The optical construction features 14 elements in 10 optical groups with 3 high refractive index elements, 2 elements made with low-dispersion glass (ED), an aspherical hybrid element plus an aspherical glass element. Just like in the other Samyang lenses, these lenses also have a Ultra Multi Coated (UMC) multilayer anti-reflective treatment to ensure excellent light transmission and reduction of ghosting and flare. The Samyang 14mm F2.8 lens is supplied with a special front snap-on lens cap, rear lens cap, and soft lens case.
