Specifications

Allen & Heath Dante card 128×128 channels for dLive and Avantis systems 96/48 kHz is designed to integrate dLive and Avantis into a wide range of live, installation and broadcast scenarios. The Dante 128×128 audio network card provides low-latency, high channel count connectivity to Dante networks and devices, using standard network cabling and hardware. It provides 128×128 channels of Dante audio for recording, distribution and splits. Support for the AES67 standard enables interoperability with other AoIP protocols in broadcast, installation and live sound scenarios and simplifies audio transport between different systems. Compatibility with Dante Domain Manager (DDM) enables integration with large networks and transparent routing between subnets, as well as robust security and authentication options. There is a choice between standard 48 kHz and high-fidelity 96 kHz operation. With 128 channels of bi-directional 96kHz audio, the Dante 128×128 card is suitable for high channel-count digital splits between systems, e.g. FOH and MON, while offering simultaneous multi-track recording via the Dante virtual sound card (available separately), without compromising audio quality.
