EXPRESS 24/48 HOURS DELIVERY
In the case of shipping by courier, Martcom relies on BRT S.p.A. – Express Courier, a leading company in the shipping and logistics sector. Shipping costs are chargeable to the customer and are explicitly highlighted during the order confirmation.
Generally the delivery of the purchased Products is carried out within 1-2 working days. For locations difficult to reach and / or islands the delivery may take a few more days. Please note: the delivery times are purely indicative and are dependent on the efficiency of the couriers. Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as traffic or road conditions. Martcom accepts no liability for delays in delivery attributable to the courier, third parties or force majeure.
The products travel in packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in suitable closed cardboard boxes, with possibly metal staples, adhesive tapes and bubble wrap.
PICK-UP POINT
In case of choice: “Pick up from Martcom’s operational headquarter” during the purchase, the Customer receives an e-mail in which Martcom communicates date and time range when it will be possible to proceed with the collection of the purchased products. The operational headquarter, where the Products will be available for the aforementioned collection, is located in Via Mestre 19 – 20132 Milan.

The goods can be shipped or collected directly in the shop. Products are sent with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in suitably sealed cardboard boxes, with any metal staples, adhesive tape and bubble wrap.
