Laowa Venus Optics 24mm f/14 2Xi Probe Cine for Canon EOS – photographic lens brings innovations to the Probe project that will enable even more original shots and in an easier way. It inherits from the previous project all the features that made it unique, adding to these a periscope lens with a field angle of 85°,wider than other macro optics that creates a true “bug-eye” perspective and a minimum focusing distance of only 2cm, with the possibility of changing the front barrel to switch from periscope to frontal optics; as well as rotating the optics 360° on its axis. Inootre thanks to the maximum magnification of 2:1 users will be able to shoot subjects of different sizes, capturing more details.

The tubular barrel makes it easier to get closer to subjects, 40cm long it allows you to creep into very tight spaces such as holes in trees, Lego houses, candles on a cake…In case of wildlife shooting it also allows you to keep a safe distance from your subjects. While the Probe front barrel is waterproof and allows you to shoot under the surface of the water without the need for a waterproof body, to get unique shots that no other lens can achieve
