The Tamron 24mm f/2.8 Di III OSD M 1:2 Sony E mount lens offers a new approach to a popular wide-angle focal length, it is a sleek and lightweight prime lens designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras. Using a modest f/2.8 maximum aperture, this Tamron 24mm f/2.8 lens is able to remain impressively stylish, making it ideal for travel shooting applications.
Also contributing to its versatility is a maximum half-size 1:2 magnification ratio and a minimum focus distance of 4.7″ for working with close subjects. An OSD stepper motor achieves fast, near-silent autofocus performance along with a full-time manual focus override. In addition, the lens has a moisture-resistant physical design along with a fluorine coating to adapt to working in inclement conditions.
