The Tamron 17-70mm F/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD with Fujifilm X mount is a standard high maximum brightness zoom lens dedicated to Fujifilm X cameras. It was developed to offer the best possible balance between a wide zoom focal range and high image quality. With a focal length of 17-70mm (equivalent to 25.5-105mm in 35mm format), it is the world’s first interchangeable lens with 4.1x standard zoom range and F/2.8 brightness for APS-C cameras. The 17-70mm is equipped with the VC image stabilizer developed by Tamron. Minimum focusing distances of only 19 cm at the wide-angle end and 39 cm at the tele end enable striking close-up shots with soft background blurring. Autofocus is based on an exceptionally quiet RXD (Rapid eXtra-silent stepping Drive) stepping motor.
