The SWIT HB-A290B B-mount 290Wh 28.8 V battery is a new industry standard approved by ARRI and the industry at large with high voltage support and reliable blocking system especially for filmmakers. The high voltage 28.8 V (21.6-33.6 V) matches ALEXA35 and all ARRI cameras and lights as well as high-power film equipment, reducing current effectively, reliably, and with a longer lifespan.
The HB-A290B battery has a high capacity of 290 Wh/10.05 Ah and a constant high load of at least 250 W/10 A for cameras and devices.
You can power your laptop via USB-C through the HB-A290B battery on the film set. Supports multiple protocols 5V 3A, 9V 3A, 12V 3A, 15V 3A and Max 20V 3A, BC1.2, PD2.0/3.0, QC2.0/3.0, FCP, SCP.
(For Macbook Air/13, Macbook Pro 13/15/16, Huawei Matebook E/12/X13/XPRO, Thinkpad, HP, ASUS, Dell and almost all laptops with USB-C ports). The HB-A290B battery can be charged via USB-C charger, supports PD 15 V 3 A and 20 V 3 A, which means you can fully charge the 290 Wh battery within 5.5 hours.
The HB-A290B battery provides an OLED screen to display the battery status and power information, includes power percentage, remaining operation time, USB-A/USB-C status, and protection warning code in case of anomaly detection.
You can charge 4 HB-A290B at the same time on the SWIT PC-P461B B-mounted, 33.6 V 3 A, 100 W super fast charging charger. The charger will take approx. 3 hours and 50 minutes to fully charge 4 HB-A290B batteries.
You can press the Power Check button twice to turn on the LED flash light on the back side of the battery to help you find the B-mount plate in a dark production environment.
Press the Power Check button twice again to turn off the light, and it will turn off automatically after 30 seconds.
The HB-A290B battery can survive 1.2-meter drops from any angle, strong and reliable for filmmakers.
