The Stainless steel rod SmallRig 3682 30 cm (2 pieces) is specially designed for professional photographers to carry cameras, camcorders, and heavy photographic accessories. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it has a cable design on the inside and is distinguished by its light weight and excellent corrosion resistance and strength, which ensure its durability in all weather conditions and compatibility. It has been tested that the standard carrying capacity of SmallRig 3682 15mm rods in 30cm steel is 12kg, suitable for SmallRig 15mm rod locking systems under -40° C ~ +7° C. When the two rods are used together, the carrying capacity can reach 25kg, but if the load exceeds the carrying capacity, deformation may occur.

    I’ve made purchase from this company a couple of times and found them to be highly reliable, well priced and stocked and easy to contact. Their ‘chat now’ really works (so many web sites offer this, only to disappoint) and the responses are fast and full, so need need to keep going back. I think this is a very good company, with a great catalogue of quality gear (esp their range of Kupo products) and so much of it seems to be in stock which is often not the case, especially here in the UK where since leaving the EU (regrettably) we seem to be suffering huge stock delays. So I am happy to recommend Martcom.

    Falsely advertised free shipping for over 500 Euro spend as it says at the top of home page. Placed a large order, no shipping cost added (free) then next day receive an email asking for 420 Euro shipping fee to Cyprus also in EU. Despite highlighting their misleading terms and conditions to them they refused to send the goods. Would not recommend this company as they don’t honour the contract of sale but make excuses after buyer pays.
