Sony ECM-W5T Wireless Microphone Transmitter 64 GB 32-bit Float

The Sony ECM-W5T microphone transmitter is a wireless device designed for standalone audio recording and for transmission to the ECM-W5R receiver. It features 64 GB of built-in memory and supports 32-bit float recording: audio data is captured without the need for continuous recording level adjustment, protecting the signal from distortion. This 32-bit float wireless microphone can record independently, without additional devices, and also connects to smartphones and PCs. By using up to four ECM-W5T wireless units together with the ECM-W5R receiver, it is possible to record up to four digital audio channels from the camera, with each voice on a separate track: a solution suited to conversations and interviews. The locking 3.5 mm jack allows an external microphone to be connected while preventing accidental cable disconnection, while the included windscreen reduces noise caused by wind and heavy breathing. The transmitter can be attached with a clip or magnet to clothing and surfaces, or held thanks to its vertical design, for example for event reporting and live streaming. With dimensions of approximately 31.0 x 47.0 x 22.3 mm and a weight of 27.1 g, it remains discreet on camera. Buy the Sony ECM-W5T on Martcom and check the table for the full technical specifications.
