Sony 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS Sony E-mount – Photographic lens offers a wide zoom range from 18mm wide angle to 135mm telephoto making it suitable for many situations. The compact and lightweight form ensures portability and all the advantages of the APS-C E mount, as well as fast, precise and quiet AF operation, making it an exceptional one-stop solution for everyday shooting.
This lens weighing just 325 g is no larger than 67,2 mm in diameter and 88 mm in length. At the telephoto end of the zoom range, the focal length is 202.5 mm, ideal for general shooting as well as landscapes, wildlife, portraits and more.
The new optical design including an aspherical element contributes to high resolution from the centre of the image to the edges and throughout the entire zoom range, while the two ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements effectively eliminate chromatic aberration. Integrated optical image stabilisation ensures blur-free shots.
The minimum focusing distance is only 0,45 m, making it easy to take close-ups of sweets, flowers and wildlife with sharply focused subjects and beautiful blurred backgrounds.Bokeh quality is enhanced by the circular aperture design. The lens AF system is driven by a precision linear motor for fast, accurate and quiet operation ideal for video and stills.
