Sony 16-70mm F4 ZA OSS Vario-Tessar T* Sony E-mount – Photographic lens combines the well-known characteristics of ZEISS optics with a constant maximum aperture of F4 to ensure outstanding performance across the entire zoom range. The smooth and quiet linear focusing mechanism and responsive AF make this lens the ideal choice in a variety of shooting conditions. It incorporates Image Stabilisation with Optical SteadyShot.
In this lens, best-in-class ZEISS optics with T* coating are packed into a compact and practical medium zoom lens, suitable for a wide range of applications and shooting conditions. Four aspherical elements, including an advanced aspherical element, combine with an ED glass element for breathtaking performance over the entire zoom range.
A maximum aperture of F4 at all focal lengths allows to use the zoom and any aperture without worrying about keeping track of changes in exposure settings or depth of field. Image Stabilisation with Optical SteadyShot compensates for camera shake that can create blurring in manual shots, for scenes that are always clear and sharp, even indoors in low light.
