Specifications
SmallRig 3890 cage for Canon EOS R5 C / R5 / R6 is designed for accessory mounting and protection of the Canon EOS R5 C, R5 or R6 camera. This perfectly shaped aluminium cage features a sleek, rough black finish with carbon fibre style detailing, maintains access to the camera controls, battery and SD card slot, and offers a variety of mounting options. The camera mounts to the cage using a 1/4″-20 screw and an M4 screw to prevent camera damage. In addition to multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 accessory threads, the cage features ARRI-style positioning holes to prevent accessories, such as an optional top handle or HDMI cable clamp, from twisting when mounted on the cage.
The SmallRig 3890 cage has an integrated Arca-style attachment on the base, so it can be mounted on standard Arca-style heads and bases. The SmallRig 3890 cage also has a removable base plate that can improve the balance of the camera and raise it for extra space when mounting the camera on a rig or dovetail plate. There is a shoe mount on the top and a NATO rail on the side, while integrated strap slots allow for the addition of a separately available wrist strap. A screwdriver is included to secure the camera screws.
