The Sennheiser SR 2050 IEM GW X Fixed transmitter stereo in-ear and dual-channel monitor is a robust and reliable 19″ rack-mount transmitter, constructed from metal and equipped with an integrated auto-switching power supply, ideal for broadcast, theatre and live touring applications.
It operates in the GW band (558–626 MHz), offering up to 3,000 selectable frequencies with 25 kHz spacing and a switching bandwidth of up to 75 MHz.
It features 20 fixed frequency banks, each with up to 32 presets, and 6 programmable banks for total operational flexibility. The RF power is selectable (10/30/50 mW; XP version up to 100 mW) to adapt to various RF conditions.
The audio system uses the HDX compressor/expander, ensuring a wide audio response (25–15 kHz), a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 90 dB and total harmonic distortion of less than 0.9%. Balanced audio inputs (2 x XLR/¼″ combo) and LOOP OUT outputs for audio chain are provided.
It also includes an integrated headphone output with volume control.
The configuration is intuitive: it features a two-colour backlit graphic display for visual alerts, a user-friendly menu interface, IR synchronisation with receivers, and remote monitoring via Ethernet with Sennheiser WSM software.
