The Sennheiser EW-D SKM Color Coding Magnetic identification ring set is a kit of magnetic identification rings designed specifically for EW‑D SKM handheld transmitters from the Evolution Wireless Digital series. The set includes 15 coloured indicators that can be applied quickly and securely thanks to magnetic fastening, without the need for tools.
These indicators are designed to simplify the organisation of wireless channels: by matching the colour of the transmitter to that on the receiver, up to 16 distinct channels can be immediately identified, reducing routing errors and speeding up on-site procedures.
The materials used include ABS plastic with integrated magnetic support, ensuring durability and resistance to wear and tear. Their compact size makes them discreet and suitable for use under stage lights, although some technicians report reduced visibility from a distance.
