The Sennheiser E 906 supercardioid dynamic microphone for guitar amplifier is designed specifically for guitar amplifiers, but is also an excellent one for percussion and wind instruments. The instrument microphone shall be a supercardioid with dynamic transducer principle designed for use with guitar amps, percussion and brass instruments. The microphone shall have a rugged metal body and shall provide a three-position switchable presence filter that allows the adaption of the sound characteristics. Frequency response will be 40 Hz to 18,000 Hz, and sensitivity (free-field, no load) will be 2.2 mV/Pa at 1 kHz. The nominal impedance shall be 350 Ω, with a minimum termination impedance of 1 kΩ. The microphone shall be equipped with a 3-pin XLR connector.
