Resin case HPRC 2760W for transportation of audio/video/photo equipment is a watertight, indestructible case with a customizable interior and complete with 4 wheels. It can be purchased empty, complete with pre-cut interior sponge (consisting of a rusticated layer on the lid, a smooth bottom and a middle layer), with the nylon inner bag or with an inner bag complete with dividers. The suitcase is equipped with four braking wheels to slide the suitcase comfortably on the ground, even with a push, and prevent unexpected movement. There are two side handles too. The handle is made of PP+ SEBS materials and a steel pin to provide a high level of ergonomics. The inner O-ring made of EPDM foam makes the case totally watertight.
The locking hooks are extremely strong: the two-stage opening/closing system not only provides a special smoothness of movement, but also prevents the hooks from opening in case of a fall. The side corners are reinforced to be extremely impact resistant. The model is made of a patented material given by a special compound based on TTX01 polypropylene, fiberglass and rubber. It also consists of PA66, SEBS, PA66GF30, ALU, and stainless steel. TTX01 and the use of materials such as aluminum for the trolley versions result in a final weight up to 20 percent lighter than a standard suitcase. The TTX01 material gives the cases the characteristic of resisting impacts, drops, and pressure due to its very high strength combined with elasticity. An HPRC suitcase used in extreme temperature conditions (both hot and cold) does not lose its distinctive characteristics.
