On-camera flash Canon Speedlite EL-1 is fast, accurate and reliable, delivering the performance professionals need when the pressure is on, with a recharge time of 0.9 seconds at full power. Perfect for special occasions or photojournalists looking for speed and reliability. Canon EL-1 outstanding performance is backed by an advanced lithium-ion battery and internal active cooling system for up to 170 full-power flashes in continuous shooting. A guide number of 60 m illuminates distant subjects and large groups, and a 24-200mm zoom dish adjusts illumination according to the lens being used. A 14mm wide-angle diffuser is also included. EL-1 is water and dust resistant, and a charge indicator signals when to replace the battery. EL -1 can be controlled as an external device by optical or radio frequency activation.
