With its high SSI index of 84 (3200K) and 74 (5600K), CRI of 96 and TLCI of 98, skin tones and other colors will always be accurate. It features easy-to-use on-board controls, Bluetooth for the free NANLINK app for iOS and Android, and 2.4G for additional wireless control options. A lockable 3.5mm metal port also allows for DMX/RDM control.

The head of the FC-500B and the power supply are separate so that each can be as lightweight as possible. The ballast has a safety strap that allows it to be hung from a light stand and a quick-release plate for additional mounting options (clamp is sold separately).A wide range of light modifiers are compatible with the standard Bowens mount, and an integrated umbrella mount offers additional light-shaping options.The FC-500B is powerful, versatile, accurate, and easy to use.
