The PavoTube II 15C has a built-in rechargeable battery that offers up to 2 hours of battery life at 100% brightness. The light also offers universal power supply via an included multi-voltage AC adapter or works with optional external batteries. Compatible with T12 and with a diameter of 1.9″, it has a clip equipped with two 1/4″-20 attachments, two steel safety wires for hanging, and a padded carrying and storage bag.
The PavoTube II 15C has a CRI of 97 and a TLCI of 98, which means you can shoot with confidence knowing that color reproduction will be accurate. For a more detailed perspective on color rendering, the projector also has TM-30 scores of RF 94 and RG 101. Regardless of brightness or dimming, the light you see will remain accurate in any CCT. In addition to color accuracy, the lamp features 15 preprogrammed customizable effects that can be saved as presets using the free NANLINK app. In shooting situations where you need to match other light sources or achieve a specific look, it can be extremely useful to adjust the transition from green to magenta for color correction. With this function of the PavoTube II 15C, you can adjust the color by +/- 150 to achieve this.
The lamp’s built-in battery charges 1 hour and 10 minutes faster than previous generations. You can charge it via the USB-C port on the back of the unit or connect it to the AC adapter included in the PavoTube II 15C package for continuous power. You can also use D-tap batteries with the separately available CB-DT/DC cable. The PavoTube II 15C features a convenient OLED display and two built-in buttons and knobs for precise and easy local control, but the light can also be controlled remotely. Versatile and portable, the PavoTube II 15C is bright enough for multiple applications and compact enough for tight spaces or even hiding behind objects without reaching the frame. This 2′ long light tube weighs only 1.9 lb, making it a portable lighting solution.
