The LED light Nanlite Forza 500B II bicolor 2700K-6500K offers all the outstanding advantages of the Forza 500 II, such as a lightweight and compact head, redesigned control unit and exceptionally powerful output plus the versatility of an adjustable CCT range of 2700K – 6500K. It was built for professional production with a durable construction, control options for Bluetooth, 2.4G and DMX/RDM, and a frosted glass-covered, protected COB. The upgraded control unit can run efficiently on 26V or 14.4V-14.8V V-Mount batteries (sold separately). The 500B II provides extremely precise light and allows for +/- 80 adjustment of the transition from green to magenta, thanks to the WW(RG) LED source and light mixing chamber. The control unit is remarkably compact and operates without a fan. Brightness adjustment is in 0.1% increments to precisely adjust intensity. The supplied cables are of generous length: 6 m for the power cable, 3 m for the head cable, and much longer cables are available separately. The Forza 500B II is compatible with a large number of Bowens-mounted light modifiers, including those offered by Nanlite. A useful 55° reflector is included, and a number of other modifiers are available, such as the FL-20G Fresnel with metal ports (sold separately), which greatly increases output.

The fork allows 360-degree rotation, is curved to provide a greater tilt radius with large modifiers, has a one-sided, continuous lock for easy positioning, an umbrella mount for more light shaping options, and the base is compatible with both 5/8” baby and 1 1/8” junior pins. The fan has 4 modes: Smart, Full Speed, Low Speed and Off for absolute silence. A redesigned, padded carrying case with improved cushioning holds everything securely. The USB port allows firmware upgrades to add new features in the future and can power wireless DMX receivers (sold separately) or other devices. Forza instruments offer the highest quality of light while being as compact and lightweight as possible. Every aspect of their design is deliberate, such as the rectangular shape of the heads and control units, which can be stacked for set-up, tear-down, or storage. Forza 500B II delivers an impressive amount of power from a remarkably compact and lightweight head. Nanlite users first and foremost appreciate the wonderful quality of light produced by our fixtures. The light from Forza 500B II is not only beautiful, it is also accurate. No time will be wasted in post-production trying to solve color problems. You can fully control Forza 500B II with your phone via Bluetooth with the free NANLINK app for iOS and Android. The control unit has DMX/RDM input and output ports for advanced control. The built-in 2.4G allows you to use the WS-RC-C2 remote control (sold separately) or the WS-TB-1 transmitter box (sold separately) for larger setups.

In shots where it is necessary to mix the light from the 500B II with ambient light or light from other fixtures, it can be extremely useful to adjust the transition from green to magenta to match the other light sources. This function is also useful when you are trying to achieve a specific look and need to adjust the color to achieve it. It is unusual for a two-tone fixture to have the G/M adjustment, but the Forza 500B II offers it. The control unit has easy-access battery plates on the sides, which can accommodate batteries of various sizes. All cables connect to the top of the control unit, so the flat base can rest on surfaces during use. The included quick-release clamp is durably constructed, easy to use, and works with round or square stands and trusses. It features an easy-to-read OLED screen, intuitive on-board controls and a lock button to prevent unwanted changes to settings. There are 12 built-in effects that can be customized and saved as presets in the NANLINK app. This is the second generation of this popular instrument, with refinements and updates that make it better than ever.
