Laowa Venus Optics 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5x Ultra Macro for Canon EF – photographic lens is the most compact and versatile high magnification macro lens. This optic is optimised for macro shooting at 2.5 to 5 times magnification. The lens is designed to work at a distance of 45mm at 2.5x magnification and 40mm at 5x with a more compact barrel than similar lenses. This allows for better brightness and easier field shooting. It is very compact, lightweight and provides a greater depth of field than other super-macro optics on the market. The Laowa Venus Optics 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5x is developed for both professional and amateur users, to be used both indoors and outdoors.

I’ve made purchase from this company a couple of times and found them to be highly reliable, well priced and stocked and easy to contact. Their ‘chat now’ really works (so many web sites offer this, only to disappoint) and the responses are fast and full, so need need to keep going back.
