Laowa Venus Optics 12-24mm f/5.6 Canon RF-mount – photographic lens

Laowa Venus Optics 12-24mm f/5.6 Canon RF-mount – photographic lens allows you to compose shots with ease. Designed for Canon RF or Sony E mirrorless cameras, this compact, lightweight lens is an excellent choice for shooting landscapes, cities and architecture. Suitable for travel photography, the lens also features a minimum focusing distance of 5.9″ for impressive wide-angle macro shots. In addition, the lens features five aperture blades, which create dynamic 10-point sun stars when shooting toward a strong light source.
The optical design of the lens incorporates three ultra-low dispersion elements and two aspherical elements to correct a range of aberrations and distortions for sharper, clearer image quality and accurate color rendition. In addition, a Frog Eye coating has been applied to repel dust and moisture from the front element of the lens to aid work in harsh environmental conditions.
Laowa Venus Optics can also be used with APS-C models, where it offers a focal length range equivalent to 19-38 mm.
