With its faithful image reproduction, extremely short focal length and full frame width (43.3mm), this lens provides a perfect balance to the 150mm T3.0 Macro 1:1 telephoto lens. The Irix 11mm T4.3, depending on the size of the camera sensor, can be used not only for classic wide-angle framing, but also for shooting super-panoramic planes with a field-of-view angle of up to 123° horizontally in the 2.39:1 widescreen panoramic format. Due to its outstanding lens performance this lens can become a perfect tool for discovering new sources of artistic expression.
The optical system of the Irix 11mm T4.3 lens consists of a new optical system, optimized for film shooting, composed of 16 lenses. With four high refractive index (HR) lenses, this lens has the extremely compact dimensions. In addition, to ensure high resolution, minimal aberration and natural background blur, it has been equipped with three aspherical lenses (ASP) and two ultra-low dispersion (ED) lenses. In addition, to keep the field of view angle virtually constant, throughout the entire focusing range, the lens’ focus breathing phenomenon has been greatly reduced. All this ensures the clear images in UHD 8K cinema resolution. Equally important to the outstanding capabilities of this super-wide-angle lens is the relatively high light transmission (T4.3), which, in combination with the specially designed rounded-shaped diaphragm, allows for soft blurring of the sfohttps://martcom.eu/prodotto/canon-adattatore-da-ef-a-rf-071x/ndo. The aperture value is continuously adjustable from T.3 to T22. It is also equipped with the innovative magnetic system for mounting accessories. The MMS system allows several dedicated accessories to be quickly and easily attached. The lens hood that comes with this lens is the first element of the MMS system that serves to protect the optical system from damage and side light during field shooting, so the heavy and uncomfortable matte box-type protectors are no longer necessary.
