Eizo FlexScan EV2495 24″ Monitor with USB-C Dock, USB-C and Daisy Chain for Office – Black is ideal for multi-screen applications. USB-C Dock and USB-C Daisy Chain connection are perfectly adapted to today’s technologies and smart working needs. The USB-C port is extremely versatile and offers many benefits: from connecting to external monitors, to battery charging and data and video transfer. Through a single cable, the EV2495 lets you connect to your laptop and also allows you to drive peripherals. The monitor serves as a universal dock with less cable clutter. Particularly useful and convenient for nimble work between office and home workstations. The monitor’s USB-C ports allow you to take advantage of the advanced Daisy Chain technology that supports connecting multiple displays in series directly to your computer. This allows you to make your workstation more flexible without having to resort to a dual-screen configuration, enabling greater comfort and a significant increase in productivity. Monitors with ultra-thin or frameless bezels are ideal for multi-screen configurations. Series connection is allowed to be implemented using Daisy chain mode via the USB-C port, connecting multiple EV2495 displays in series.
In addition, you can connect most devices such as PC, laptop, mouse, keyboard, or headset directly to the monitor. The EV2495 has multiple signal and connection interfaces that reduces desk clutter and allows you to work in a more orderly environment. Controlling multiple shared computers with a single keyboard and mouse has never been easier. Eizo FlexScan EV2495 offers via upstream USB ports a Keyboard Video Mouse (KVM) switch that connects mouse and keyboard with the momentary active computer. Thus, desktop and laptop PCs or the computer in the office and at home can be operated with the same combination of monitor, mouse and keyboard. This saves hardware, reduces the number of cables, and makes workflow smoother. The monitor boasts a triple winning combination: high resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, maximum contrast ratio of 1000:1, and stable brightness up to maximum values of 350 cd/m². That is to say: contours are distinct, graphics brilliant, and images detailed and sharp. Thanks to the panel with IPS technology with LED backlighting, chromaticity and brightness remain stable from any perspective. A picture is only perfect if the colors are too. Eizo’s monitors have a color table (LUT) of at least 10 bits. This allows color information to be assigned more precisely and accurately than in a monitor with an 8-bit color table. Transitions will be very fine and the range of colors available will be much wider.
The overdrive function speeds up response times so that gray-to-gray transitions occur in 5 ms on average. Movie viewing will be smoother and without wake or lag effects. Eizo FlexScan EV2495 appearance contributes significantly to a pleasant work atmosphere that combines style and functionality. With its sleek, minimalist design and numerous ergonomic features, the display fits into any environment, whether at home or in the office. Even the details are key: the monitor’s included cables are color-matched to the cabinet. auto EcoView function makes no difference when you’re working because it constantly senses the surrounding lighting conditions, adjusting the screen brightness fully automatically. The result is optimal viewing without glare and reflections that fatigue the eyes. Another plus point is that self-controlled brightness saves up to 50 percent energy compared to a monitor that lacks it and uses preset brightness levels. To reduce eye fatigue , Eizo has developed a hybrid technology to control monitor backlighting that combines the advantages of PWM (pulse width modulation) technology with those of DC (direct current) control. PWM management takes advantage of much higher frequencies than standard PWM methods. The result: consistently sharp, high-quality images and maximum color stability. The advantage: perfect glare-free viewing. Thanks to DC management, it is also possible to lower the brightness level in dark environments to 1%. Ideal for medium and large enterprises, micro and small businesses, working from home, computer-aided design (CAD), banking and finance, and operation centers.
