Canon RF 85mm F1.2 L USM DS – photographic lens delivers stunning sharpness and extremely soft blurred backgrounds, for new levels of expressiveness. This ‘bokeh’ effect is made possible by the new DS coating, making this lens perfect for intense portraits that require capturing minute details by ‘detaching’ them from the background. The extraordinary sharpness of this lens is due to the special Blue Spectrum Refractive (BR) optics, which eliminate chromatic aberrations, while a precision aspherical element and ASC coating prevent flare and ghosting effects. In addition, as you would expect from a premium lens, the traditional build quality of the L-series lenses ensures weatherproofing, while fluorine coatings on the front and rear elements provide maximum protection against water and dust.
