The next-gen Dual Pixel CMOS AF system with 1053 selectable points and Deep Learning technology ensures fast, accurate focus tracking for people and animals.
A 5.76-million-dot electronic viewfinder with 120 fps refresh rate and a 3.2″ vari-angle LCD enhance usability and flexibility. The R5 includes dual memory card slots (CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II), built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a top LCD screen for streamlined workflow.
The Canon RF 24-105mm F4L IS USM lens is a versatile zoom with a constant f/4 aperture, perfect for both photo and video use. It features 5-stop image stabilization, fast and quiet Nano USM autofocus, Super Spectra coating for reduced flare and improved contrast, and a customizable control ring for quick access to exposure settings.
Superior image quality
The Canon EOS R5 delivers outstanding images thanks to its advanced signal processing, with accurate colour rendition and excellent noise management, even at high ISO. 5-axis image stabilisation technology reduces vibration, while the DIGIC X processing engine optimises contrast, sharpness and tonal depth.
Full frame CMOS sensor
A new-generation 45-megapixel full frame CMOS sensor delivers incredible sharpness, low noise and wide dynamic range – the perfect match for our advanced RF lenses. Using the built-in IS mechanism, 9 shots are combined to create 402 MP high-resolution images.
Always sharp and perfectly focused photos
Dual Pixel CMOS AF II focusing is lightning fast and boasts 5,940 selectable AF positions, covering virtually 100% of the frame. Moving subjects remain sharp, even when moving quickly and unpredictably, while face and eye detection is great for portraits with shallow depth of field.
Advanced Wireless
The EOS R5 uses an always-on Bluetooth Low Energy connection to maintain a seamless connection with a smart device. Simply launch the Canon Camera Connect app and the camera establishes a fast Wi-Fi connection that allows photographers to browse, review and transfer images, as well as shoot remotely.
