Atomos Zato Connect 5″ monitor H264 recorder and streaming encoder is equipped with all the features you would expect from Atomos, but optimized for speed. A brilliant monitor, essential I/O and built-in recording are just the beginning. Connecting to the cloud with Zato offers superpowers. In fact, you can capture, edit and publish social media content as quickly as possible. Zato Connect offers Camera to Cloud (C2C) access, an easy-to-use and secure way to share media and collaborate in real time. Through Atomos Cloud Studio, you can choose the C2C platform: Adobe Frame.io or Sony Ci Media. Zato CONNECT serves as a gateway to the cloud for a growing range of digital cinema, mirrorless, and DSLR cameras that otherwise would not be able to connect to a network or handle file transfer.
Zato Connect is built for streaming. With network connectivity and easy on-screen setup, it is quick and easy to produce and broadcast the best live streams. Anyone can set up a stream using Atomos Cloud Studio and Zato CONNECT. With a high-brightness touchscreen display, you can configure streaming and monitor HDMI and webcam sources. Choose picture-in-picture and add graphic overlays to get a fully produced look of your streams. Zato CONNECT brings you to the cloud for streaming, editing in the cloud with Atomos Edit* or craft editing with Premiere via Frame.io. Adobe Camera to Cloud (C2C) integration, powered by Frame.io, allows you to upload high-quality H.264 recordings for real-time collaboration and approval workflows. You can also use Zato CONNECT to convert almost any HDMI or USB UVC source into a format that can be sent directly to Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and other conferencing software via the universally compatible USB UVC output.

While incredibly compact, Zato CONNECT has input and output ports for HDMI and USB UVC and can turn the output of a wide range of video equipment into a live stream or webcam source. Equipped with a 3.5 mm audio jack for microphone or line inputs, Zato CONNECT also allows audio monitoring via the dedicated headphone output.
