The Allen & Heath SQ Waves SoundGrid 64×64 channels card for SQ and AHM provides any SQ or AHM with a 64×64, 96kHz or 48kHz interface to a Waves SoundGrid network using the I/O Port. The Waves V3 card provides a 64×64 @ 48khz or 96kHz connection for the Waves SoundGrid protocol over Cat5e copper. The SQ Waves SoundGrid is compatible with other brands that use it. The SoundGrid protocol allows the use of Waves plug-ins and interconnection with other SoundGrid-enabled devices. It also allows a PC/MAC Ethernet adapter to be used as a 64×64 audio interface. The Waves board is compatible with the SQ product range. Technicians or installers can now mount the Waves board on any SQ or AHM for Waves plugin processing, multitrack recording (at 96kHz or 48kHz), virtual soundcheck, and audio distribution applications.
