The Allen & Heath gigaACE card 128×128 channels for dLive and Avantis enables a low-latency 128x128ch 96kHz point-to-point connection between dLive or Avantis systems. It allows very low latency (52 us) and cable redundancy without any loss of audio. gigaACE can also transfer dLive/Avantis control data over the same connection, for example, to allow control of either system via a single laptop. gigaACE is a plug-in play protocol, so no computer is needed to set up gigaACE connections. Simply connect the cable between two dLive/Avantis systems and set the patch and clock settings directly on the mixer.
