The bottom of the SmallRig 3480 rig for Nikon Z features a built-in cold shoe mount for attaching a microphone or light. This right-handed grip is comfortable to hold and helps you avoid fatigue when you are shooting for extended periods. The aluminum base maintains access to the battery door and allows flipping of the LCD screen with no obstruction.
