The Sennheiser EW-DX EM 4 Dante (R1-9) is a professional four-channel digital receiver in 19″ rack format (1U), designed for next-generation wireless systems. It operates in the R1-9 frequency band (520 – 608 MHz) and offers maximum spectral efficiency, ideal for conferences, broadcasts, live events and corporate installations. Thanks to the integrated Dante technology, it integrates seamlessly into audio-over-IP infrastructures.
The EW-DX EM 4 delivers 24-bit/48 kHz digital audio with a dynamic range exceeding 134 dB, free of artifacts and extremely low latency. Advanced frequency management allows the use of numerous simultaneous channels, while automatic transmitter synchronization simplifies system setup. Dante support ensures flexible and scalable audio distribution over an IP network, reducing cabling and increasing reliability.
Featuring a high-resolution OLED display, an intuitive control interface and compatibility with the Sennheiser Control Cockpit platform and Wireless Systems Manager (WSM) software, the receiver allows centralized monitoring and configuration.
