Its strength is its variable focal length, ranging from 5.5mm to 100mm, offering an 18x zoom factor. This allows for great flexibility in shooting, enabling both wide shots and detailed close-ups to be captured without having to change lenses. In addition, the lens has a built-in 2x extender, which doubles the maximum focal length to 200mm, making it ideal for distance shooting. n important feature of the Fujinon UA18x5.5BERD is its servo focus system. This system allows for precise and quick focus adjustment, which is essential when shooting dynamic shots or in moving conditions. ARIA (Advanced Resolution Intelligence Adjustment) technology built into the lens further enhances image quality by automatically optimising the shooting parameters according to environmental and scene conditions. The UA18x5.5BERD-S10 lens is designed for 2/3-inch B4 mount cameras, a standard in the professional shooting industry. High resolution and high contrast
Fujinon portable 4K’s optical technology sets a new standard of performance, offering high resolution, high contrast and reduced chromatic aberration. Using fluorite ED elements, it produces sharp and clear images, improving MTF. It also optimises the dynamic range for faithful rendering of video images, without glare.
Reduction of aberrations
The Fujinon portable 4K’s multi-group zoom structure reduces aberrations throughout the entire range, ensuring high image quality. Aspherical elements and new polishing techniques improve surface accuracy. HT-EBC technology minimises reflections, improving ‘blacks’. Internal lens optimisation reduces ghosting and flare, facilitating camera adjustment.
Natural bokeh achieved with nine-blade iris
Through the use of the iris, Fujinon 4K lenses achieve an almost circular aperture. This makes it possible to render images while taking full advantage of a softer, more natural bokeh effect. These hand-held lenses allow for soft and pleasing blurring of the background while enhancing foreground subjects.
