Irix Cine 15mm T2.6 with Canon RF-mount – lens with metric scale in meters consists of the highest quality lenses. The entire structure consists of 15 elements divided into 11 groups (3 HR, 2 ED and 2 ASP lenses). Due to the precision of construction this lens is distinguished by outstanding optical performance, image sharpness, vivid colors and almost zero geometric distortion, an extremely rare feature for lenses with such a short focal length. The lens diaphragm consists of 9 rounded blades, providing pleasing background blurring and smooth T-value adjustment from T2.6 to T22. In addition, the effect of focus breathing has been minimized.

Irix Cine 15mm has been equipped with a 180-degree rotating bezel that enables precise and silent focusing. In addition, our lenses are available in both metric and imperial formats, so users do not have to force themselves to change their habits. Another innovative solution, used in all lenses in the Irix Cine line, is the adapter ring to facilitate its use, both in manual mode and with the follow focus mechanism. The Irix Cine 15mm lens is small, lightweight and easy to handle. All Irix cinema lenses are similar in size and weight to allow for quick and easy replacement without the need to change the settings of other film set components. In addition, these lenses have been equipped with the Magnetic Mounting System (MMS) for easy mounting of accessories or the supplied lens hood.
