The Swit PL-E90D 3KIT SMD portable LED panel with DMX bi-color 90 W is specially designed for portable lighting applications in the field. 480pcs SMD-LEDs are mounted in the inner edge of the light frame, and thanks to Swit’s unique 90-degree light guide technology, PL-E90 is able to emit bright, soft and evenly diffused light; in addition, the light body is sufficiently thin and portable, making it an ideal light source for inter-view kit and video productions in the field. Traditional edge-mounted LED lights are always not very bright because half of the light goes to the back, and even if there is a reflective panel, there is still a lot of light lost. Swit’s innovative technology is to add laser dots with calculated spaces on the reflective glass, so that the multiple angles of light from the edge converge on the laser dots and are emitted at 90° to the front, with minimal light loss. In this way, the thin light mounted on the edge can also be at high brightness. PL-E90 delivers 90W power and provides a luminance of 2200Lux at a distance of 1 meter, much brighter than other LED panels of similar size.
