Specifications

The Sennheiser AD 1800 passive aperiodic directional antenna is designed to optimise reception of wireless signals in the 1400-2400 MHz frequency range, making it ideal for professional audio and broadcast applications. This aperiodic antenna offers 4 dB gain, improving signal quality and reducing interference.

The compact and lightweight (116 g) design allows for easy installation, while BNC connectivity ensures universal compatibility with Sennheiser systems and other professional devices. The 100° beam angle allows for effective directional coverage, focusing the signal in the desired direction and improving the range of the wireless system.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the antenna with high-quality cables, such as the Sennheiser GZL 5000 cable, which minimises signal loss. The AD 1800 is particularly suitable for complex environments, such as theatres, recording studios and live productions, where reliable, high-quality reception is required.

In summary, the Sennheiser AD 1800 antenna is an effective and professional solution for improving the performance of wireless systems in high frequencies.
