Fujinon HA42x13.5BERD-U48 2/3” HD Portable ENG 13.5-570mm Extender 2x zoom with Servo focus – Broadcast lens with B4-mount is a professional high-performance lens designed for use in broadcast and video production applications. With a focal length ranging from 13.5mm to 570mm, this lens offers an impressive 42x zoom ratio, enabling videographers to capture detailed close-ups from long distances. This makes it ideal for sports, nature and live event shooting, where being able to quickly switch between panoramic shots and very close-up details is essential. In addition, the HA42x13.5BERD-U48’s robustness and reliability make it suitable for tough working conditions, offering consistent performance even in demanding outdoor environments. One of the strengths of the Fujinon HA42x13.5BERD-U48 is the inclusion of a 2x optical extender. This device allows the maximum focal length to be doubled to 1140 mm without compromising image quality. The lens has a standard B4 mount, making it compatible with a wide range of broadcast cameras with 2/3-inch sensors. The telephoto zoom also includes a servo focus system, which facilitates quick and precise adjustments during shooting. This function is particularly useful in moving shooting situations, where the ability to maintain focus on fast-moving subjects is crucial. Optical quality is ensured by the advanced lens construction, which minimises chromatic aberrations and other distortions, ensuring sharp, true-to-life images. In summary, the HA42x13.5BERD-U48 is an excellent choice for video professionals who require a versatile, high-quality lens for long-range shooting.
