Like the other members of the A-series family, the A8H offers exceptional flexibility for sound tuning thanks to its swivelling HPS waveguide technology and built-in DSP. At home in a full range of audio applications in medium to large spaces, the A8H is the right choice when you are looking for the most detailed representation of your audio. The DSP-based functionality of all A Series monitors can be controlled remotely and in real time via Ethernet using A Control. Made from a new glass fibre polymer compound, the HPS waveguide allows the X-ART tweeter to disperse sound in space with controlled coherence. The new A-series cabinets are based on the heritage of ADAM Audio and the AX series in particular. ADAM Audio is proud to collaborate with Sonarworks on an automated room correction solution that runs directly on the DSP of the A-Series monitors. The A-Series combines the best of the digital and analogue worlds. The latest materials and advanced analysis and design processes have led to the development of our new long-throw woofers. The A Series midrange drivers deliver clean sound in the critical part of the frequency range where humans are particularly sensitive to sound colouration. A &#8216;Voicing&#8217; is a predefined sound profile of an A Series monitor. On the rear panel, you will find two different selections, &#8220;UNR&#8221; and &#8220;Pure&#8221;.On the rear panel of the A-Series loudspeakers, you will find four bands of room adaptation equalisation: bass, desk, presence, and treble.
